Best breast enhancement creamWell, it depends on what you are looking for. If you need firmness, there are plenty of good creams on the market. But if you need fullness... this will be more difficult.
I’ve tried a couple well known creams and also a few not so well known breast firming creams. To be exact, I have tried bust creams from Biotherm , Estée Lauder and Beauty Breast. These creams are great if you need firmness and tightness. They have great structure and all absorbed really well. They are all scented and although it is a very pleasant scent, if you looking for unscented ones skip these. Although the creams did deliver firmness, I was actually hoping for a little fullness. And I can’t really say I got fullness out of these creams. (They don’t state that you will, that’s true, except Beauty Breast.)
Recently I am using a local, not that well known breast enhancement cream, and also the well known Benefil.
This time Benefil arrived in no time. (In the past I had some trouble.) Placed an order on a Sunday and the cream was here next Monday. (I’ve ordered international). I don’t know why I was surprised but the bottle seemed really tiny. It is a 1.7 oz bottle for 45 USD. Maybe I was surprised because the local one (a different company) is 4 times bigger (4 times more cream) for a lot less money. 
What I like about the "Local" cream:
The amount and price ratio. Otherwise: It smells nice and absorbs a little bit slower than Benefil. I see that it gives you firmness and my skin seems more elastic. A lot of Hungarian girls said that they experienced fullness as well. I think it is hard to say. However some of these girls put extra finely crushed fenugreek seeds or geranium oil in the cream. I’ve never tried that.
What I like about Benefil:
I think this cream gave me a little fullness but it is not something that will last forever. If you use it regularly you will continue to see results, but once you stop, the effect will probably be gone. I guess it is true for... let’s say... any anti-wrinkle cream as well. Recommended to use it 2x a day but I only use it once. Main ingredients are: caffeine, wild yam, kelp.
Summary about the best breast enhancement cream: Look around in your local drug store to see what breast enhancement creams they carry and try it. Otherwise Benefil is recommended. The other well advertized breast cream is St.Herbs Botanica Breast Serum. I've never had a chance to try that one, because it is SO expensive. Please
