+ Week 6-8 using Breast enhancement pills and breast creams
Before I challenge you with a 21 day breast enlargement exercises routine, here is a short summary of my last 3 weeks using bountiful breast pills.
As you see there is a 1/4" increase, I think. I say "I think" because it is really hard to verify and say that the increase is there because it is that small. But, I am in the middle of my cycle, way before my period when it is well known that you can naturally experience enhanced breasts. So it is possible.
October 2009. 31 1/2"
February 2010. 33"
End of March 2010. 33 1/4"
If you look at the very first picture of me, I think it is obvious that I have increased. Overall it has been 5 month now (had a break in January) that I am taking BB pills.
I went from 31.5" to 33 ¼". Not too big of a change but I knew it from the start that I will not get huge breasts out of this method. But I am happy.
I have 3 more months to go and if I increase close to 1"more (preferable on top of my chest :)...) that will be super good.
However, I honestly need to tell you that even this 1 ¾" increase so far doesn’t seem that much.
Again, I should be happy and I AM happy but it feels like that there is only a little increase here and a little increase there but not like I am a full C. And I don’t think I ever will. I just have to live with that. BUT! Bras look better on me, and I absolutely feel fuller too. It is not obvious for even those who see me once in a while, it is not like their jaws will drop and ask me what the heck I did. Of course this was not my intention. All I am saying is that the increase is not so visible although it is there.

I am not a fitness guru :) and I am not sure how much you will change, but what if you keep doing these
breast exercises for 21 days
and see how much you have improved your posture and how much definition you have on your arms. Spice this routine up with breast massage either with
brand name breast cream
or any other breast cream or just with your favorite body lotion and see the improvements. Drink whey protein shakes to increase curves and muscle tone.
