"I have indeed experienced breast growth, and I have data for you. Us MTF (male-to-female) transsexuals usually take a cocktail of hormones and suppressors to change our testosterone-biased endocrine system to an estrogen-biased one. I am presently on Spironolactone, and Estradiol. Estradiol is a hormone that men and women have in their bodies, and is the estrogen that women have in abundance (lucky you!).
Spironolactone is a testosterone suppressor that blocks the body's ability to produce and metabolize testosterone. It helps change quite a lot in us MTFs. My fat profiles have changed, giving me women-like curves in my body. Bigger hips, a more pronounced waist, and of course, the breasts. I've had less facial and body hair, my body odor has changed, and my hair line has stopped receding. Just to let you know, we're not put on hormones when we say so. We go through a series of psychological exams and the like to make sure that we're doing the right thing for us. My chest measurements are in inches. Measured from above the breasts, across them, and below them. Above bust- Across bust- Band size-
Currently ( March 2010): she is almost a 36 C cup size.
