Breast size and weight connection
Breast size and your weight is a very tricky issue because it's one way that you can naturally influence your breast size.
If you have small breasts and you want to increase them, one thing you should definitely do is
check your body mass index = BMI.
Not all the time but very often women with small breasts are on the slimmer side. Sometimes they are actually too slim! Sometimes by putting on some weight, it will help to increase their breast size. If you are not healthy because you are underweight, why would your breasts be different?
I’m on the slimmer side as well. I’m almost too thin. My BMI is at the lowest that still considered OK. When I went to my gynecologist I told her how I felt. She said very seriously that I must put on more weight. She wanted me to keep a meal journal for a week to see what I was eating.
I used a small scratch book that I kept in my purse with me all the time. She wanted me to write down every bite I had. You believe it or not, I was shocked how little I was eating!
There were days when I had 2-3 cups of coffee with milk, 2 toasts, a cheese stick, an apple and coke. Although I was cooking almost every night, by the time I tasted everything and fed my family I forgot to actually sit down and eat!
So for me, I realized that I have to eat more. As you know eating is tricky if you put on weight easily.
But there is a solution for everything!
My breast size fluctuates a lot. Sometimes I'm an A cup, other times I'm down at an AA cup. And I know, it is mainly because of my diet!
On the other hand there are women who are not too thin at all but they have small breasts. If you fall into this category exam yourself closely and honestly.
Maybe you don’t even have small breasts, just the rest of your body is out of proportion. I would also recommend the meal diary for sure to pinpoint the bad habit you have.
You might say that it is not necessary because you know exactly that you are eating fast food every day. I would say you should still try it. You might be surprised how much extra snacks you eat that you don’t even think about. If you only leave those out you save yourself from a lot of empty calories.
Controlling your diet is a great thing but you also need to
grab some small weights.
Get ready though! If you start paying attention to what you eat and you are overweight, you will loose weight. The bad news is, you will also probably loose weight from your breasts. However if you are combining your diet with an upper body strengthening exercise, you will look great. You will experience a firmness in your chest muscles and arms, your tummy will be smaller and your boobs will stick out more.
Considering all that, I would say it is more important to loose weight than worry about your chest size. Plus you will enjoy the benefit of a healthier weight! It will save you from a lot of health trouble in the future.
