Champion Sports Bras v. Nike Sports Bras

There are many great brands, picking one is not that easy. The well known are Champion sports bras, Nike sports bras, Puma is great too, not to mention Adidas. So which sports bras should you pick if you have small breasts?

It is a hard call. Brand names give you outstanding quality but don’t forget: a no name one can be just as good!

I guess if you have small breasts all you want is curves. You want sports bras that will not flatten you breasts even more and you don’t end up looking like an ironing board.

I know when you run and jump you want the most support you can get. But does that mean you need to look like an 8 year old? I don’t think so!

Both Nike and Champion offer great bras that have outstanding quality and give your breasts a lift. Their bras are not exactly what we would call padded sports bras or pushup sports bras but the inner cups are nicely made and helps you to avoid the flat look.

So which one? Well if you can afford try both of them and you could decide on your own. I have both but I guess I prefer Champion sports bras. I love their Champion T-Back Sports Bras. It comes in a very small size, nice color variety and most of all: it will NOT flatten you!

OK. Having Champion sports bras or any other type is not enough. You need to work your chest muscles!
