Prevention is much more important than eliminating stretch marks. If you have small breasts but pregnant, start to apply stretch mark creams to avoid getting them.
If it’s too late, your options are:
Laser surgery for stretch marks: this procedure uses light to remove marks.
Dermabrasion: it is an alternative to laser treatments for stretch marks. It uses a find fast spinning brush that basically sands (smoothes) the layer of your skin.
Chemical peal or derma peal: it uses chemical solutions, some type of acid to remove the top layer of skin.
Fading stretch marks at home by applying cream.
The first three requires a visit to a doctor who specializes in skin, like a dermatologic surgeon.
All of them are pretty expensive, you will need more than one treatment and the results are not guaranteed. These procedures will help to fade and reduce stretch marks. It is also require time and patience. Your skin could look worse” after the procedure for a while.
How to reduce stretch marks at home?
You need a good cream. During my first 2 pregnancies, I used Complete Action Anti-stretch mark cream by Vichy Laboratories. It is great for prevention!
I also applied it to my existing stretch marks. Although I saw some changes, I got much better results from Stretta made by Zenmed. I still have some marks but it really works like magic. It takes 3 steps and a little time to massage the cream in well and you are done!
You can use Stretta on your breasts as well, but not on your nipples!
