Week 13.


When you do all to get bigger breasts: you take the pills, massage, drink protein shakes, avoid certain foods, don’t forget one more thing to add: exercise to increase breast size!





OK. Here we are at week 13.

During week 10 or 11 when my schedule was really hectic, I know I skipped protein shakes many times. But I had to realize that it felt good. Not because of the taste (actually taste didn’t bother me at all lately) but because of the bloating it gave me.

Well, this week I experimented more and I totally skipped protein shakes.

And the benefit: I feel much better. My stomach is almost back to normal size; all that extra "fat" I was developing around my belly is getting smaller.

I know you supposed to drink 2 servings a day if you are using Bountiful breast but the shakes I’ve been using is just not right for me. It was not an isolate format that is recommended, only 100% whey protein. Yes, I wanted to save money. Isolate costs more. :(

Yesterday I’ve got my isolate protein shakes and next week I will try that.

To replace the "lost" proteins, I had more meat. I am so tired of chicken breasts!!! :( I truly hope that the new shakes will work.

I massaged my breasts regularly and also did upper body exercise. I work out with small weights 2lbs each or 5lbs depending on the routine. I still have hard time to do normal push ups.

Did you know that pushup is the key exercise to increase breast size? I mean not really the size of the breasts but the pectorals. Once you increase your pectorals you will look like you have bigger breasts.

I did not have any tingling or growing pain this week. Maybe the lack of protein shakes? :(
