~No incisions, just tiny holes for liposuctions and also for the lipotransfer. 5mm (0.2inches) each.
~No scars, at least those 0.2inches of wholes, which fade with time are nothing comparing to the ugly scars as a result of plastic surgery
~Totally natural look, because the injected fat cells will become part of the breast’s fat itself.
~No "bottoming out", no feel and look of an implant
~No "waves". Implants can make your skin look wavy or wrinkled if haven’t done right.
~No foreign object in your body therefore no rejection problems.
~No need for future removal, no fear of rupturing and spelling toxic silicone or saline water filled with bacteria and fungus.
~What else? No incisions! They will do little tiny wholes to inject the fat and stem cells mixture into your breasts.
~No loss of sensation of the nipples.
~No breastfeeding difficulties.
Limitations of fat transfer breast augmentation
~You gain "only" one or one and a half cup size. If you want more, you need to go under knife twice. (Although I think if you really small, becoming a full A or small B cup is a dream come true!)
~If you are too lean you might not have enough fat that they can remove for implanting in your breasts. Yes, sometimes ladies with small breasts just have a small body frame and have not enough fat. Look at the bright side: your goal can be gain weight! ;)
~Dr. Coleman in the US will charge you $18,000. Ouch!
~Dr. Yoshimura in Japan will charge you $25,000. Ouch! Ouch! BUT!
Read here about the summary how much fake implants done by the old fashioned breast augmentation will
truly costs you!
It is guaranteed that NOT the average price you hear all the time. Although the price you have to pay for a fat transfer breast augmentation is very high but in the long run it can costs you MUCH less than regular plastic breast augmentation surgery.
More things that you will not like
~You will sore. Not just because of the procedure done to your breasts but also because of liposuction. Ladies were saying that it is pretty painful and uncomfortable. Recovery time can be longer.
~Calcification issues: with other technique, when fat is just simply injected back, lumpiness can occur. Without the blood supply calcification can happen which can be mistaken with breast cancer. With cell assisted lipotransfer the chance of developing calcification is very little. However it is must to know that after any type of breast surgery, regular mammogram or MRI is necessary. Of course this is an out if pocket, extra costs for the future.
~Result takes longer (1-6month) than regular plastic surgery (6-8weeks)
