Fenugreek- did not work

I read a lot on different types of breast enhancement on the net and researched a lot on which ones are the best. I had decided I would go with Breast Actives.

Since I'm a student and don't have a lot of money running around, I decided to instead create my own program. I bought fenugreek capsules (they contained fenugreek and gelatin coating) for 5 months. I took 2 capsules, 3 times a day (600mg each).

After only 2 months, I started to feel aching and tenderness. The tingling feeling made me excited that it was working. My breasts began to look fuller (not larger, but they had more fat in them and filling up on top mostly). Then my period came, and they shrunk back to their regular size. I kept using them, because I promised myself I would do a proper test, and every month they grew, but shrunk back when I got my period. I don't know what the deal was, but I believe it was probably due to water retention, and the hormonal changes I had when I got my period intervened with this.

I had ache and sensitivity all the time, only went away when I had my period. It was sometimes uncomfortable, but bearable. Finally I stopped using the pills, because it was going nowhere. I was surprised though that the pills did affect the size of my breasts. The sensitivity lasted for 2 weeks after I stopped, and now I'm back to my original size. I gave it a good go, but they did not work for me.
