Why caffeine?
Caffeine reduces your appetite. This is so true! I can go on all morning sipping coffee and doing my stuff and forgetting to eat. It gives you energy (for a short time) and burns calories at the same time. Caffeine takes water away from your body and cause dehydration. Drinking enough water is so important if you are in the bigger boobies business (and of course for zillions of other reason!)
