Good Posture is Vital!
Keeping your upper body straight, good posture, no matter what, is important.
If you don’t pay enough attention to your posture you end up looking like a question mark. Like this “?”. Your shoulder drops, your back hunches. All your organs, your heart, lungs get crunched and cannot function as perfect as they should.
It is especially important for your lungs. With bad posture you will not inhale that much oxygen and without that you will end up feeling tired. Lack of oxygen can cause your cells age faster.

Yes, good posture and bad posture will affect your breasts as well.
If you are not keeping your shoulders straight, your are not putting your chest muscles to work. The skin tissues of the breasts will sag from time and gravity. With bad posture you increase these effects.
Keep yourself straight!
I know how you feel. If you have small cup breasts like I do, you want to do what I did. I want to hide them thinking that nobody will notice them. I wore baggy clothes, I pulled my chest in, curved my spine. I really looked like a question mark.
I know now, it is a wrong and unhealthy! A hunched back definitely will not show your breasts and you will for sure look totally flat.
Ladies, keep yourself straight, stick your boobs out and put a smile on your face! Your breasts will look like they had a lift!
I know it is only optical. I know your breasts actually will not get "bigger" and you will not end up with more fat tissue in there.
But you will make them more visible and optically at least one cup larger! You are showing the world your self-confidence, your harmony with your body.
At the end, wanted or not, you actually will feel more confident. Keeping your back straight, pulling your belly in and keeping your head high will make you look so confident that everybody wants to know your "secret". You will look like a real confident woman.
Now remember: if you were in a bad habit and kept your back hunched, you need to constantly remind yourself and practice standing straight. It is actually hard work and takes a long time to get rid of the bad habit. But it is worth it!
Keeping your back straight will allow your chest muscles to "work" and your breasts will not sag. I know some of you (I consider myself almost in this category) don’t even need to worry about sagging since the breasts are so little. Still, please try it! Pull your shoulders back and stick your breasts out.
You might see yourself even more flat but the rest of the world will see confidence in you!
Posture correcting exercises
Recommendation for correcting posture:
1. Yoga. Yoga poses are an excellent way to improve posture.
2. Pilates. Have you seen those Pilates instructors? They look like ballerinas! They have perfect posture!
3. Basic upper chest workout exercises.
Even if you have small breasts, they can be beautiful and even look bigger with exercise. The whole appearance of your breasts will change if you have nice toned upper arms, strong back muscles and work on the chest muscles that are under your breasts.
It doesn’t mean you will need to look like a body builder at all. A firm upper body will give you good posture and maximize your chest muscles that will push your breasts forward and they will look bigger.
