How to get bigger boobs – Week 3
End of week 3: areola increase!! Yes, they have increased. By not much, just a couple millimeters but for sure, they got wider. First, I just thought I was imagining it but I compared it with the photo I took at week 0 and it is definitely bigger and a bit darker.
I know this is just a small thing because my breasts did not get bigger yet. But maybe some changes are on its way!! Week 3, I did this: I ate much much better. And I took my protein shakes without skipping it. I’m getting used to the taste. I use a straw and lots of ice and now it is a piece of cake. I’ve learned that it also contains the L-tyrosine I need, so I don’t need to take any additional pills besides kelp. I’m also doing pushups (knees down,3x10 sets a day) and leg exercises to balance out the extra calories I take with the shakes. How to get bigger boobs – Mistakes I made, Week 3:

Now this freaked me out for a short time: for one day I had some brownish discharge. Normally I never get this and I thought for sure that here is one of the first side effects of these pills. But after one day it went away. After this it came to my mind that I was swimming in a fresh water lake last weekend and maybe I got some small infection then. This is the only explanation I can think of. Or the pills. But it’s gone. Thanks God. I will monitor this because I don’t want to increase my boobs and mess up my uterus or ovaries. Again, it’s gone but I will watch out. I want to stay healthy. Oh, and I also had some dull breast pain. Nothing uncomfortable but I felt "something". :)
