Well, I’ve been taking Bountiful Breast for about 3 weeks now in 2010 and it is time to write a short summary on how to get bigger breasts.. my way.
First of all I really regret that I did not write my exact measurement down 3 weeks ago. I was so positive that I will remember and here I am all confused. But I think it was 32 ¼” or 32 ½” which shows only a little loss from the 32 ¾”, which I had in December 2009. I know that I was surprised about the small loss that my tape measure was showing because it felt much more. I stopped taking the pills for 2 month. During this time I lost weight (due to a lot of stress) and I lost breast size as well. My breasts felt saggy and flat. I think I was really dehydrated too. To my biggest surprise I am 33” and 28” under bust 3 weeks later. It is amazing how fast I "recovered" the loss and even shows a little gain! :). It took me 14 weeks to increase 1” last year and here I am gaining ½” within 3 weeks!! I wish this would last! If I could increase one more inch I would be super happy! I just need a little filling on top and then I am done. I nice B cup would be awesome!! (for me) Here is a picture now February 15, 2010:

This is what I am taking:
1 Kelp (100mg) and 1 L-tyrosine (500mg) in the morning. I do 20 minutes fast workout in the morning and I drink 1 protein shakes. I am trying to eat 3 well balanced meals and fruits and veggies between meals. I drink my 2nd protein shake around 2pm. During the day I sip on that bottle of Back to 2010 summary page
