I’ve got to the end of week one taking my BB pills. I don’t think anybody will be too surprised if I say nothing really happened yet.
I took the pills as recommended: one in the morning and one at night. No food can be in your stomach when you take these pills and you have to wait an hour (2 is better) before you eat again. So I took my morning ones at 5am and the evening pills around 11pm. I think this will be my schedule, since my baby gets up around 5am to drink a little formula, so it’s easy to take them at that time. I usually go to bed late. Normally I don’t eat after 9pm so this schedule will work for me.
Mistakes I made, Week 1:
One thing I did not do right. I did not take Kelp and did not drink Protein shakes this week. Kelp and L-tyrosine is not widely available where I live, so I had to order them online. I ordered my whey protein shake online as well. It was more convenient. The store called me that L-tyrosine is not available but the rest came. I just have to see how my body temperature will change if I only take Kelp.The positive thing about not taking these other supplements is that I know that BB pills don’t bother my stomach at all.
Side effects so far, Week 1:
None. Pills are easy to swallow and did not give me any stomach problem. Although I had some stuff this week but I don’t think it is related. I had cold sores. I also had zits on my forehead (which is strange, normally I don’t get these stuff anymore. Getting old, you know ;) ). I think I also had to have more bathroom visits, had to pee more. But I have no idea if it is related at all. If somebody had some of these and could share then maybe we would know more.
Well that’s it. Week 2 has started and I’m taking Kelp and Whey protein shakes ( I know already, protein shakes will be NOT my favorite…)
