I actually prefer women with small breast there is some very cute/adorable yet splendid about a woman with small frame and body like yours I would never want it to be any different

Stop thinking about it. Just get it done. You will spend the rest of your life wanting larger. Find a guy to pay for it then dump him and move on with your life to a rich guy who will take care of you simply because you have a perfect body now. You will be just like your fellow sisters. Don't worry about your conscience, it's normal and what American woman do.

To be honest, I don't think you would look right with large breasts. They suit you perfectly! And okay, you may not see many small-chested girls in photoshoots...but remember, are these photoshoots for turning on men? Apparently for glamour shoots you have to be at least a D cup...which in reality looks terrible on most girls. To be a catwalk model the smaller your breasts are the better!
