Increase breast size—Week 4
End of week 4: areola stayed enlarged AND I am positive that the circumference of my breasts got bigger expending down toward my belly!!
My husband keeps saying that my breasts are getting bigger. I told him it is nonsense, it will take me at least 4 month to see something. But now, I am not too sure if I need to wait that long! This is very exciting. I am still flat, no extra fat deposit yet. I thought I measure myself but there is no point and I don’t want to be disappointed.
However! I am telling you that the rounding of my breasts is bigger. By not much but it is visible. Mostly I see expending toward my belly and under my armpit. It’s weird but maybe it started to happen!
This week I think I overcame the low body temperature issue. I’ve been taking kelp and L-tyrosine with my protein shake for 3 weeks now and yesterday I got a 98.3F under my armpit. 2 weeks ago I’ve wrote to Bountiful Beast that I’m taking all this stuff but I still have low body temperature and wondered if these pills can be still effective.
I did not get a straight answer what to do about it. But I was told just to take L-tyrosine and
Kelp
and not to worry about it too much. Eventually it will help if I have low body temperature.
I wanted to research more why this is so important and I read about T4 and T3 hormone conversion. I would lye if I say I understand all of it that’s why I just don’t want to write here anything. I don’t have any medical background, so it wouldn’t be fair. If you are interested just google t4, t3 conversion and you will get bunch of stuff to read.
But anyway if low body temperature is an issue while I’m on BB pills, that problem is solved at this point :)

Increased appetite. Yes, I feel hungrier. So far it doesn’t bother me because my BMI is low and a little weight gain would be a plus.
I have more bathroom visits. It seems like my kidneys are working more.
Generally I feel more upbeat, I am in a much better mood for no extra reason. This part I really like. I was very sleepy and tired at the beginning but I feel I have more energy now.
Oh, and I sleep much better. I think feeling more relaxed, less stressful helps to grow.
