Although I had
grown from an AA cup to an A size

While you take these pills, a protein rich hormone free diet is recommended. I put together a low fat high protein diet for myself.
This protein diet plan is not backed up by a dietician and I can tell you straight ahead that it is not a weigh loss diet plan. It will not be good for you if you are a body builder and need to follow a strict diet. It is a diet I am using with Bountiful Breast pills.
I believe that this diet plan is very balanced, and contains meals that are low in sugar, low in fat and higher in protein. It also contains shakes to increase protein intake. I am a firm believer that you need all kind of nutrients. You need GOOD carbs, you need GOOD fat, you need GOOD protein from foods to have a healthy body.
