The media influence on body image is huge! We can’t read a magazine for women without running into breast enhancement advertisings. It seems like this is the only topic that sells besides sex.

If you have small breasts (and probably you do if you are visiting) must have some feelings about your upper body. What are you looking for? What things do you want to change? And why?

Most women say they want bigger breasts for themselves. Not for their partner (or partner to be). They just want to feel good; they want their clothes to fit better. But is it REALLY just about the better fitting clothes?

Would you want a significant change or half a cup size increase would make you happy? What would it take to have your self-esteem back?

Why do you have these feelings? Because of the magazines? Or because of the advertising that surrounds you? Maybe your girlfriends or your boyfriend made you feel uncomfortable?

Sometimes it is good to write it down or talk your feelings out. Maybe somebody who reads your story will have a supporting comment for you. Or a plan what you should do. We will try to help!
