If you are small, like really small (A or AA) I am sure a full A or a small B would be "normal" size for you. C cup might be THE dream size but you would be totally happy with a full A or B. ((( Just let's put this way. Don't take me wrong, AA IS very normal!! But you wouldn't be here, if you believed it. I wish that I could accept myself.. Hopefully one day I will but until then I am working on it :) )))
So this is what I experienced at the end of Week 2:
No changes at all. I know you hoped for something else... I know...:( But! Probably it is too early to expect anything but I can tell you: this will be hard. My expectations are high and I am getting emails if I see any changes and so far I had to say no.
I don’t know if I will get my normal breast size back at all. Of course there is no such thing as normal breast size but I would say to my body frame a B cup would be "normal" or maybe "perfect". I don’t consider AA is perfect for my body frame.
Sometimes I feel super bad and superficial about agonizing over breasts size when there are way more important things in life. I thought I was over this long time ago. Maybe my feelings will change. Anyway, this is a good time to THANK YOU ALL for your support and sweet emails about this site.
Mistakes I made Week 2:
Eating. I think I don’t eat enough. Breasts are mostly made out of fat and eating is necessary to get curvy. My BMI is still low. I still couldn’t manage to get L-tyrosine but I took a good look at my protein shake and one serving size has 600mg in it. That’s good news. I just need to drink 2 shakes a day and I don’t need to take additional L-tyrosine pills. It’s easier said than get it done. I hate the taste…
Side effects so far, Week 2:
Early this week I felt a little pain in my breasts and I was exciting that maybe my breasts are growing. But nothing changed. Also, around mid week out of blue I felt super tired and I thought something must be wrong with my blood pressure. I took it but it was the perfect 120/80. I’m thinking maybe it is the extreme heat we are having here and also the very small amount of meals I’m eating caused this problem.
Focusing on getting the normal breast size I want.
I should (and you should too) look at this more positive. Women who had children take a lot longer to get a bigger breast size. 2 weeks is nothing. I have a long ways to go to complete 4.5 month. Even than I’ve heard that if you had children, a 9 months timeframe is when you should see results. So just hang in there, be patient. Hopefully the expected changes will come. Sooner or later. Right now I would be happy with a full A.
