If you have small breasts, the single best chest exercise you must do to increase chest muscle is pushups.
Pushups will not give you bigger breasts but will give you the illusion that you have bigger breasts. Your upper body will get much stronger and you will look bigger and nicely toned.
No need to do 100 pushups to see results!
So, how many pushups?
You do 10 sets and rest for one minute and do another 10. You don’t really need to do more than that but you must do pushups every day. 4-5 weeks and you will see the results!
How to do pushups?
For the perfect pushup you shouldn’t put your knees down. However, if it is too hard for you at the first time, no problem put your knees down. With no time, you will be able to do a perfect pushup.
1. Kneel down. Walk forward with your hands as much as you can and still feel comfortable. Put your hands a little bit wider than your shoulders. Keep your body in a straight line, using your stomach muscles as well.
2. Bend your elbows and lower your chest down as much as you can. 90 degrees would be nice but if you can’t do it for the first time don’t give up. This is one of the exercises that you can see quick change in your strength if you are determined.
3.Once your chest is down, hold it there for 3 seconds and push yourself back.
4. Repeat it 10 times and rest 60 sec before you do another 10.
