Yes, and they should! The media doesn't seem to like small breasts, but I think they look better than big ones! No guy has ever cared that mine are small. I think the whole big boobs thing is over-rated.

In society today big boobs are completely overrated and images of disgustily artificially enhanced boobs (whether because of surgery or through Photoshop) are being shoved in our faces everyday.
Small boobs are no where near appreciated enough but we ain't helping ourselves if we spend our time hiding them away and feeling ashamed of them when really WE HAVE NOTHING TO BE ASHAMED OF (slight pun there as well). Seriously, small boobs are BEAUTIFUL.
We shouldn't be trying to compensate with wearing pushup bras/putting extra padding etc. We should wear the right sized bras and right sized clothing and show off their smallness! The more people that proudly "show off" their small boobs and still strut their stuff the more appreciation people will have for small boobs. Let all the media pressure bounce off those small boobs and love your small boobs and love yourself because you deserve it! :D
